The UALE Future of Work Fund is a strategic initiative designed to empower labor educators, unions, and worker organizations in addressing the rapidly evolving challenges of the modern workforce. Established in 2024, this fund aims to support innovative projects, research, and educational programs that prepare workers for the future of labor, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to thrive in an ever-changing economic landscape.

The Fund is open to members of the United Association for Labor Education, including affiliated unions, labor educators, and worker organizations. Eligible projects must focus on areas such as workforce development, labor rights in the digital age, the impact of automation and AI on jobs, or other pressing issues related to the future of work. Collaborative projects that bring together multiple stakeholders, including educators, unions, and community organizations, are strongly encouraged.
